“Lydia is a hardworking and an easy person to work with. She helped me both purchase and sell my home in Pleasant Valley.
She knows her market and will get you fair or better than market value. I’m from out of state and she was great about informing me of the areas that were unknown to me and helped not only answer my questions but would bring up things to think about that I had not thought of. She did a great job of helping me find a home that was going to meet my expectations. Things didn’t work out for me in Oregon so I sold the home a few years later. She was just as helpful and friendly as the first time I met her. Being out of town she was especially helpful to help me get the right people to prep the house to get the most out of it we could. Her experience insured getting maximum profit from the house and also to determine who the legitimate buyers were and who was going to flake out on us.
Selling my home was a nightmare due to a number of unfortunate circumstances. I had to go through an eviction process. The previous tenants trashed the home and we needed contractors to prep the house and fix the landscaping to prepare the home for sell. After finally getting through all that, we almost had finished selling the home, but someone drove into the front of the house. So again it was dealing with contractors and insurances to get the home fixed. Meanwhile the house was broken into and Lydia helped me get all the information needed including contacts to and paperwork needed to file for the police report and the insurance companies. If your reading this you might be thinking if it weren’t for bad luck this guy would have no luck at all. But I consider myself lucky because I had Lydia, she helped orchestrate and find the resolutions to each and every problem that came up.
If you have Lydia as your realtor you already have the best. She is personal, listens to your needs and can communicate quickly by text, emails or heck you can go old school and talk to her on the phone.”
